Combine in the pan
Put the condensed milk, cocoa powder and butter in a saucepan and stir until smooth.
Cook the fudge
Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens enough that a spoon dragged through leaves the pan bottom visible for a second.
Cool the mixture
Scrape the fudge onto a greased plate and let it cool completely until firm enough to handle.
30 minRoll into balls
Grease your hands with a little butter and roll the cooled fudge into small, even balls.
Coat in sprinkles
Roll each ball in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
Serve in paper cases
Place each brigadeiro in a small paper case and serve at room temperature.
