Fry the sausages
Pan-fry the sausages in oil over medium heat, turning, until the skins are deeply browned and the inside reaches 71 degrees Celsius, about 10 minutes.
10 minMake the curry sauce
Simmer the ketchup with the curry powder, onion powder, cayenne and a splash of water until slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
5 minSlice the sausages
Slice the cooked sausages into bite-size rounds on a board.
Sauce and dust
Spoon the curry sauce generously over the sliced sausage and dust with an extra pinch of curry powder.
Serve
Serve immediately with a bread roll or fries.
