Chop the herbs
Finely chop the parsley, cilantro, dill and chives.
Whisk the eggs
Whisk the eggs with the turmeric, baking powder, salt and pepper.
Fold in the herbs
Stir the chopped herbs, walnuts, barberries and flour into the eggs.
Pour into the pan
Pour the mixture into a well-oiled ovenproof pan.
Set the bottom
Cook covered on low heat until the bottom is set and the top is mostly set.

Transfer to the oven to finish setting the top until golden.
Rest and slice
Let it rest before slicing into wedges.
